The Level 3 Award in Education and Training will give you an introductory qualification to work and teach within the adult education sector. This is a foundation level qualification.
This course is ideal for anyone with no previous teaching experience or teaching qualifications, looking to teach in the adult education and skills sector. This qualification is suitable for anyone who want a shorter course and would like to gain an official qualification. However, this is not a full teaching qualification.

The Level 3 Award is an online based course and has approximately 48 hours of study time and a total recommended completion time of approximately 120 hours Students are also required to perform a Micro Teach session using Zoom/Skype or recorded video as part of the course. The course will be assessed by a combination of written assignments and a micro-teaching assessment. No exam.
We deliver courses through online and blended learning. You may study entirely at your own pace and complete this course in 4 to 12 week via distance learning.
On completion Successful learners can progress to our Level 4 Certificate and the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
